Selena Gomez says she is glad she has Taylor Swift because girls are so hard to trust. She told Nylon, “She just became the person I’d go to for an issue with my family or boyfriend. It’s so hard to trust girls, so I’m lucky to have her.” What makes girls more difficult to trust than guys? Some people are crap, some people are not. What does gender have to do it?

    From my personal experience, it seems like there is always jealousy to some extent between girls and even though they may be your best friend, it has a way of manifesting at times. Also, if you think about it, girls would have more things to be jealous about another girl than another guy (It's almost as if all girls can be seen as "competitors")? I wonder if guys find it easier to trust other girls than other guys!
