Usually when people talk about the “Freshman 15,” they are referring to all the weight that freshman in college tend to gain their first year. However, I don’t know about you but mine was more like Freshman 15 my freshman year, Freshman 15 my sophomore year, and Freshman 15 my junior year! Honestly, can you blame me? Dining hall food should be labeled the number one killer of college students’ waists across the nation.
However, whether you’re a freshman in college or a twenty-something out in the real world, we all know that food is just a brush with the calorie world in comparison to alcohol. Alcohol is like the lottery of calories but not in a good way. All those empty calories just fill us up and leave us wishing why we were born the next day. Also, I am a very girly, sweet-drink kind of lady which does not help my cause!
