For me, hibernation and overeating are obviously best friends with the winter months. It’s hard to get out, get moving and get rid of the pudge before I’m expected to wear a bathing suit in social situations come June.

Well, people, we only have about four months left to get rid of the muffin tops and saddle bags, so what better motivation than to hear how the stars come out of these months gracefully, and always looking better than last year?

Some of their routines seem actually doable, while others a little unrealistic for those of us who are not simply paid to be babes and make everyone jealous.
