When I normally see a size zero movie star, I usually think, meh, they have personal trainers and all that stuff. That’s the only way they can maintain such a svelte figure. Then I see movie stars who have returned to a size zero body maybe six weeks after giving birth, and I think – how is that possible? Do they ONLY spend their time working out and eating healthy? That’s the only solution right?….
Well, it seems that’s not the case. Kristin Cavallari said that she only works out FOUR times a week for about 20-ish minutes. GASP! Check out what else she says about her exercise routine and her daily lifestyle! Maybe I should stop with my excuses, try this out, and see what happens!
