Pat yo’ weave, girl. The 1990s were a time of luscious locks, crimped curls and those infamous, dang, butterfly clips. We all had them. We all pretended like it totally made sense to have butterflies in our hair – what? Celebrities were no exception, in fact I am certain we were following their suit. In the decade to follow the male haircut has gotten a lot shorter and the female hairstyle a lot less goofy. Yet, I can’t help but miss the utter tackiness of ’90s hair. Mmm, scrunchies.
