Just like 99% of the world’s population, I am a huge Nirvana fan. Today is Kurt Cobain’s birthday. He would have been 46 years old today had he not committed suicide at the age of 27. I am sure Bleach, Nevermind and In Utero has impacted  your life in some way – just by the mere incidence of being an American. Instead of praising him for being the greatest artist who ever lived ever (which is totally subjective) or focusing on his tumultuous relationship with drugs or fame, I’d rather focus on some verifiable, Kurt Cobain trivia and facts about his life. It’s just more interesting and paints a better picture of him as a person, his experiences and beliefs.

      This list is awesome. I literally just learned about Bikini Kill and was amazed at the fact about "Smells Like Teen Spirit" when I heard it. Also, number 10 is the greatest thing ever.
