Even as someone who has never really gotten into The Simpsons, even I can acknowledge that the SkyOne, a UK television network, did a pretty awesome job bringing the landmark cartoon’s opening credits to life. Literally. Homer, Marge, Bart, Lisa and even baby Maggie are reinterpreted by human actors and they go shot for shot with their cartoon counterparts.

Springfield has never looked so…un-yellow.

    The Simpsons actually had one of their couch gags be live action before – around season 12, I believe. This is cool, too, but it's not exactly groundbreaking.
