Steubenville Teens Accused of Rape Found Guilty [Candy Dish]

After an emotionally draining trial for all involved, a verdict was reached today in the Steubenville rape trail. Trent Mays and Ma’lik Richmond have been found guilty on all three counts–focused around the assault of a 16-year-old female classmate. Mays has been sentenced to serve two years consecutively at minimum, or until he is 21 at maximum. Richmond has been sentenced to serve one year at minimum, or until he is 21 at maximum. Both will be required to register as juvenile sex offenders.

Although found guilty and receiving a sentence, these guys got off easy. Their "repententance" seems insincere at best.
