  1. Patricia A Herbert says:

I would have to say Allie Hamilton and Noah Calhoun in the notebook…makes me smile and cry every time I watch it.

  2. Adriana says:

Amy Pond and Rory Williams from Doctor Who

The line that got me was when Rory told Amy he had been waiting 2000 years for her – Doctor Who “The Big Bang’ Season 5 Episode 13 (2010)

  3. elizabeth says:

Anna Karenina and Vronsky from Anna Karenina

Anna and Vronsky had such a clear beautiful passion, they were meant for each other. Vronsky was infatuated with Anna and would have done anything for her. Even if it didn’t turn out well in the end.

  4. Katie says:

Mia and Adam from "If I Stay" and "Where She Went" is one of my personal favorites. The way that these two have an unspeakable bond that transcends time–and even death–is something rare to find. Not to mention that these two books were wonderfully written, but the reader can't help but fall in love with the two of these star-crossed lovers. Nothing gets in their way of being together, and that's why I love them so much.

  5. AJS says:

It's a cliche, but it's also a classic: Romeo & Juliet. Nothing tops the original!

  6. Carly says:

Anna and the French Kiss by Stephanie Perkins :0 A love story featuring a boy with an English accent set in Paris. What could be better?

  7. Crystal says:

    Perfect Chemistry by Simone Elkeles

  8. Grace Dawson says:

10 Things I Hate About You!!

  9. Eric says:

Casablanca, play it again Sam!. It's just, perfect.

  10. Laurie says:

Romeo and Juliet, because it stands the test of time and has been retold in countless other lovestories over the ages!

  11. Lindsay says:

    Tristan and Isolde.

  12. Sarah says:

I say the love of Jesus Christ is my favorite love story of all time!

  13. G K says:

Romeo and Juliet is the first thing that comes to mind.

  14. Aly says:

I would say Romeo and Juliet! Another favorite of mine would have to be Jamie's and Landon's from A Walk to Remember.

  15. Maia says:

The love story between Cosette and Marius in Les Miserables. It's so beautiful how they fall in love almost the moment they lay eyes on each other, but can't be together until it's almost the very end of the story!

  16. LSI says:

Dominic Cobb and Mallorie Cobb in Inception. I adore that way that it reminds us that true love means eventually letting go, without shoving it in our faces.

  17. Cort Kern says:

Blue Valentine because its not what you expect in a true story about love. This film is truly a great piece of art and really leaves a thought in your head after watching.

  18. Mine has to be Echo and Noah from the novel Pushing The Limits by Katie McGarry. Such a brilliant, emotional story, you can't help but fall in love with them <3

  19. Nele Coghe says:

There are so many brilliant lovestories.. Jack and Rose in the Titanic (of course!) has always been one of my favorites. But to be honest, my favorite book-romance has to be The Host! The pain Jared is going through – being powerless, knowing that the woman you love is still there, but not being able to do anything to get her back, must be horrible. And I don't want to forget Wanda – it must be even harder for her, choosing between Ian, the man she truly loves, or killing herself in order to save Melanie, with whom she has built an unbreakable friendship. Her unselfishness and courage are incredible. Thank god Ian was a bit more selfish than she was :)
