Did You Know YouTube Has Short Films? [Sundays Are For Procrastinating]

The Internet can be a wonderful source for entertainment but a lot of the times, it’s mostly crap. I’ve watched my fair share of twerking vids, YouTube rants, and cats playing to last me a lifetime. It was time to find procrastination videos with a little more substance, and luckily I stumbled on the website, “Short of the Week.” The website, and YouTube channel, posts short films from aspiring and/or experienced  filmmakers. I could spend all day on the website looking at quality films but here were a few of my favorites. Enjoy!

Cargo, dir. Ben Howling & Yolanda Ramke

The Lunch Date, dir. Adam Davidson

The Red Balloon (Horror Movie), dir. Damien Mace & Alexis Wajsboro

Room 8, dir. Jamie W. Griffiths

The Lego Story, dir. Lani Pixels & Kim Pagel

Love Sick, dir. Kevin Mark Lacy

Red, dir. Steve Maphar

Signs, Patrick Hughes

Brazzaville Teen-Ager, dir. Michael Cera

Lick the Star, dir. Sophia Coppola
