Sometimes your brain just feels like mush. Sitting at work or in class for hours at a time seems torturous, and you barely even process what you’re doing. You’re just going through the motions, and then eating crappy food because whatever it tastes good and you’re bored and had a long day. Eventually after all the zoning out and empty calories, you feel even crappier (who even thought it was possible?) and it’s all because you just can’t seem to motivate yourself.
I understand this feeling — I mean, we’ve all had our “off” days. It’s when the off days turn into off weeks and months that you need to really step back and reassess things.
I found this infographic today and wanted to share it with all of you guys because it breaks down the things you can do for YOU to keep you inspired. Nothing on here requires Herculean strength or a genius IQ or even more than a little forethought. Just 12 tips to think about before tackling tomorrow.
