22 Things That Will Make You Feel Less Depressed

Many morning routines cannot even begin without the consumption of coffee. I cannot comprehend having to actually get things accomplished in the morning if I did not have a cup of coffee in my hand. It appears that I am not alone in this, and that many people need coffee to survive. It also seems that many people who drink coffee are happier.

A recent study found that drinking two to four cups of coffee can reduce suicide risk by 50 percent when compared to drinking little to no coffee. This has much to do with caffeine consumption. This got me thinking about other aspects of life that make things a little bit brighter. From candy to TV, there are plenty of things in our lives that we can get a little bit of happy from.
