The freshmen 15 is no myth, friends. It’s like as soon as you walk on campus, BAM you’re fat. You make it through four years of high school without gaining a pound, and now you’ve suddenly found yourself the not so proud owner of 15.
Your belly is bloating but you don’t really have time to go to the gym, and the thought running around outside makes you want to take a nap. But you can’t, you have to be proactive. The freshmen 15 will soon turn into the sophomore 20 and that bloated belly will turn into a gut without proper supervision.
