Is anyone else developing a case of “the sads” because of this cold weather we’re having? Shoutout to my Midwestern peeps! It’s really cold and gloomy around these parts, and all I want to do is lay in my bed and dream of the beaches of Hawaii. It’s just so incredibly hard to get motivated or to feel good about life when the weather is bringing you down. Seasonal Affective Disorder is a thing for a reason, people. It’s even called SAD!

Life is just hard sometimes, and we can all get in funks and moods. When we’re feeling this way, obviously we’d rather be smiling and happy, but our brains aren’t wired that way. Sometimes we’re just sad. So how do we make ourselves feel happier?
