Nine-year-old Annelise Forbes‘ cover of Idina Menzel’s “Let It Go” from Frozen will make your heart melt and spill all over the floor. Annelise’s voice is amazing for someone who just began vocal lessons the day before this video was filmed. I know y’all love Frozen since it was the first Disney soundtrack to chart on the Billboard 200 since Pocahontas—oh, those colors of the wind!

“She’s been singing since she could talk,” her mother, Tamara Forbes, told Yahoo News. “She sings around the house constantly, even when we’re trying to get ready for school.” This tiny girl has a BIG voice but don’t think her parents are trying to exploit her for fame. Her parents were proud and wanted to show family members abroad Annelise’s skills so they made a Youtube video because they figured that would be the easiest way to pass her performance around. Before they knew it everyone in their circle was sharing the video and soon it had accumulated over 100,000 views.

“Of course, every parent thinks their child is special but it’s very emotional to see others share that thought with you about your child,” Tamara said. Her parents remain down to Earth and despite having this mega talent just want their daughter to have a normal childhood. That’s totally great. Annelise will always have this amazing voice so why not wait until she is a little older to unleash her presence upon the world. Until then we will be waiting.
