Think of it as one of those drinking games, with rules and challenges, except it doesn’t involve alcohol and is actually good for you! Plus, you won’t get drunk, fall asleep, and miss the event you were waiting around to watch for the past four years – or, like, 12 years if you were waiting for the Jamaican Bobsled Team to qualify for a spot at the games. Anyway, this workout can be done anywhere, and is an interactive way to watch the games! Get friends involved, and challenge each other: since the workout breaks each exercise up to follow the flow of the games, you can exercise without even realizing you’re doing any work.

Do crunches while watching your favorite athlete, – or maybe just one you think should win the gold medal for hotness. Watch skiing while doing a wall sit, and listen for the word “Olympics” while you check out other events. You will even stay active while you wait for a commercial break. The workout is also free of any time limit, so you can really tailor it to fit your schedule.
