Pinterest was hacked. Some sort of monster with, I have to admit a pretty decent sense of humor, hacked into user profiles and replaced all their pictures of glitter Mason jars, cute ballet slippers and covetable Givenchy t-shirts with GIRLS’ BUTTS. THE HORRRRRRROR. According to Tech Crunch whose editor was even hacked, “The Better Business Bureau recently sent out a scam alert warning users to be careful when clicking on pins that don’t look like the usual content that their friends usually post.”
Avoid the booty you guys, it will take you to a place that is no good. It’s still unclear how many accounts have been hacked but steer clear of all the thinspo posts for now. Remember the most popular passwords in this country are “password” and “123456” get a little more creative than that. A password with characters and numbers is much more difficult to hack and try not to use the same password for everything. Mix things up. Spice up your life!
