Before casting was announced for Fifty Shades of Grey, Jamie Dornan and Dakota Johnson weren’t exactly household names. Apparently they are ready to cash in with their new star power, demanding bigger paychecks for the Fifty Shades of Grey sequel.
Like Twilight and The Hunger Games, books turned movies franchises lead to a lot of cash so both leading actors are looking for payouts in the million dollar range according to The Hollywood Reporter. Jamie and Dakota were each paid $250,000 for the first Fifty Shades film plus box-office bonuses, so this would be quite the raise. Kind of puts the $15 an hour at your summer job to shame, huh?
