There’s over 6 billion people in this world. And everyone is unique. But, in some ways, the world can often generally be divided into two groups of people. For example, the type of people who put the grocery cart back when they are done, and the type who let it roll away into an empty parking spot.
The type of people who sleep with socks on, and the type who can’t even fathom that kind of horror.
The type of people who reheat left-over pizza in the oven, and the type that just stuck it in the microwave.
The type of people who set 6 different alarms to wake up in the morning, usually within 15 minutes of one another, and the type who are able to jump out of bed on the first one.
You get the picture.
Knowing this, João Rocha, an art director in Lisbon, Portugal, created arguably the most on-point Tumblr account to date, “2 Kinds of People.” Rocha emphasizes that people can generally be put into one of two categories: Type A or Type B personality.
In a recent interview, Rocah told The Huffington Post:
I don’t know how I came up with it, to be honest. The idea that you have all these sort of differences that span gender, religion, age or nationality, that set you apart from some and bring you together with others.
Regardless of who you are, and however different you may think you are from anybody else, you will always have something small in common even with someone that’s the entire opposite of you. You may be a devout Christian or an ardent atheist, and still prefer to cut your bread the exact same way.
Below are some examples of the Tumblr posts that are completely spot-on… especially for this generation.
