Anyone who’s ever watched at least one episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians knows that Kourtney is the healthiest of the bunch. I mean, the girl eats a tablespoon of ghee every morning to boost her gut health and immune system. While we have no intention of going that far (I’m sorry, but even looking at a photo makes me gag), the oldest Kardashian sister did provide fans with a simple weight loss tip she swears by.

According to Kourt, water is the answer to pretty much everything, including weight loss.

“Whenever I notice that I’m feeling bloated or like I need to step up [my body] or something, it’s always because I’m not drinking enough water,” she explained to Byrdie during a recent interview. “When I step up the water, I’ll instantly lose like two pounds in one day.”

Yes — two pounds. In a day. Just from drinking freakin’ water. Her theory? “Half the time when you’re hungry, you’re really thirsty,” she said. “I mean, I eat constantly throughout the day, so I’m not saying don’t eat and just drink water, but I notice I eat less just because I’m so full from water.”

She also credited her water intake to better skin and a healthy immune system, explaining that she never takes medicine, because hello, she doesn’t need to. She said that while she loves glass water bottles, she tries “not use bottles at home, and drink from a glass. I have a filter—just for the environment, you know?”

Oh girl, we know. And so does Leonardo DiCaprio. Way to be healthy and save the environment, Kourt! We’re taking these tips to heart.
