…doesn’t come from sitting on the couch eating potato chips.
Kendall Jenner prepped for her second turn on the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show with an intense workout almost daily with celebrity trainer Gunnar Peterson, the man himself told Us Weekly.
“People will find it hard to believe, that girl squats, dead-lifts and does pull-ups… a lot of sled-pushing, a lot of lateral banded work, up and down the track and a lot of very high-intensity cardio intervals,” Peterson shared.
It sounds intense, but she was ready. Last year, Kenny said sometimes work out twice a day to prep her body for the lingerie show, seeing her trainer and then heading out for a run later.
“I love running outside,” Kendall told PeopleStyle. “You can go on a run on a treadmill, but it’s really not the same. I used to be the most athletic kid. I was always outside. I was super outdoorsy running around in the mud and doing that kind of stuff. I don’t do that ever [now]. You’re always like stuck inside, you’re always in a gym, or you’re always in your phone or whatever. So to actually to get outside and run outside … I enjoy it.”
Now, it’s probably break time for the 21-year-old stunner. Last year, Kendall revealed she took some time off from the gym following the VS show — understandably!
