My Body Gallery aims to change women’s perceptions of their bodies by showing what real women of all shapes and sizes look like. The site is a searchable gallery of pictures of real women, along with their heights, weights and clothing sizes. As the site says, “In a world full of images of how we ‘should’ look it can get difficult to tell how we DO look.”

MTV to Launch Hills 2.0

The Hills are back! But hopefully in a version I won’t be ashamed to tell people I watch. Turns out MTV is launching a new series this October called Heroine (the name is a bit much, the girl’s not saving the world, or Anna Wintour) about a Pittsburgh gal, Chelsea Settles, who is moving to Los Angeles to make it in the fashion world.

Glamour Says The Darndest Things: September Edition

As this is the September issue, the mag is about three times heavier than usual, which means there are three times as many ads to dig through to get to the actual content. That said, I did want nearly every piece of makeup and clothing featured, so I can’t really hate too hard this time around. That made up for the questionable articles in the issue.
