Though shopping on a budget takes a little more effort, it can keep your closet full and your wallet fuller. With spring approaching new trends have been gracing the malls, outlets, runways and celebrities ensembles. A few major trends, including color blocking and blazers, have been seen just about everywhere. Designers like Jason Wu, Donatella Versace and Balenciaga have welcomed the trend with open arms.

Jessica Alba has totally become one of my fashion muses. Her love of bright colors, flattering silhouettes and awesome versatile pieces has cemented her place as one of my fave celeb fashionistas. I’m particularly obsessed with one of her recent ensembles because of its vibrancy and interesting color scheme.

One big trend from last season that has carried over to this year is python print! Like other animal prints, python adds a fun edge to your outfits. Whether you choose an allover python-print dress, a pair of python pumps, or a fun belt, just remember to keep the rest of your outfit simple!

Although my favorite makeup has always been mascara, a good lip gloss can be the perfect addition to complete your look, especially for a night out. Swiping on some gloss right before heading out instantly makes you look completed and put together. I tend to keep it simple on my lips and go for sheen rather than pigment in a balm or gloss.
