I was never what you would call an athlete. Nor was I what you could call coordinated. But the one sport that I excelled at in elementary school was pogs. It involved skill and talent and strategy and a mom who was so excited that you were finally good at SOMETHING that she would buy you as many slammers as you wanted. (Trust me, knowing that I had some $$$ slammers got me through a lot of lonnggg benchwarming sessions in high school.)
So in a moment of nostalgia, I started thinking about my grand poggin’ days. And I thought, why be selfish? Why not share my memories with the world? So here goes…
