Rules are meant to be broken.

Not always the best philosophy to live by, but it is a pretty good philosophy for fashion. Think about it. The best dressed ladies these days don’t exactly play by the rules do they ? They wear what they want when they want, because they like the way it looks, whether that be a body suit or a blazer.

A bow headband is an easy way to accessorize an otherwise basic outfit or detract from a borderline-bad hair day (you’ll probably want a hat for a full-on one). Tis the season of endless holiday parties and panicking about not having anything to wear to them. Just because it’s the holidays doesn’t mean you have to wear a red or green ensemble (unless you’re attending the infamous “Ugly Sweater” party) and tacky holiday themed accessories. Cocktail rings are one of my favorite accessories.  They’re an easy, effortless way to make any outfit more dressed-up.

When it comes to cocktail rings, there are a few rules to remember.  One, the bigger the better!  Cocktail rings make a statement, so the bigger or more flashy the ring, the bigger the statement.  And two, since they do make such a loud statement, keep the rest of your accessories to a minimum.
