Time for a review! Finals are coming up after all, and you know what that means right? There are some awesome parties that you should take a study break for! And where there are parties, there is a need for good makeup. That’s a law of beauty. Cat eyes are my go-to look for eye makeup, and they’re easier to do than you think!

You can rock a cat eye during the day or at night. You can wear it alone or paired with eye shadow. It’s versitile and perfect for when you want to add a little flare to your look. This video is a favorite of yours and mine, so go ahead and brush up on those cat eye skills!

Brad and Angie are Really Gettin’ Hitched [Photos]

The rumor mills were churning earlier today when Angelina Jolie was spotted out with a ginormous diamond on her ring finger. Now, Brad Pitt’s rep has confirmed that the news of an engagement is accurate, despite the fact that the couple initially said they’d hold off on getting married until gay marriage was legalized. So there we have it! The cool, alternative couple we all refer to when shunning marriage is no longer the cool, alternative couple. He’s 48, she’s 36, they’ve got 54+ kids and I just guess they felt the need to finally settle down like proper adults. Ahem, “proper” adults.

Whatever. Their love sold out. Next thing you know, we’re going to be seeing photos from their wedding on the pages of Us Weekly and People. This is such crap and it almost makes me want to stop wishing for a Mr. and Mrs. Smith sequel.

What do you think? Is this true love, or are they just looking for ways to get in the headlines without popping out/adopting another kid?

Angelina is so great at many things – doing a 180 from wild child to our generation’s Mother Theresa, adopting more children than you, snagging Brad Pitt, showing off her right leg, and generally being perfect. It must be so hard being better than everyone, but she makes it seem so easy. Turns out, she’s the queen of sleek and sexy monochromatic fashion too. Black and white are her preferred colors, and while those are not necessarily the most exciting or bold choices, they’re classic and versatile.

Love white blazers. They always look so elegant and effortless. One with black accoutrements works well with a pair of skinny black trousers. Trousers have become a trendy item as of late. Of course, corporate women have been rocking them for ages, but they’ve now become omnipresent on female celebrities walking red carpets. They’re a great option for when you want the comfort of pants, but something less casual than denim. Angelina layered a white tank under her blazer, which is hot, but you could really substitute any kind of top you want and still look great. Black peep-toes complete the ensemble, and voila, you’ve got a sophisticated but easy to assemble look that you could transition from the office to happy hour.
