Blair is still hell-bent on going to Yale, even though her little tiff with S. a couple of weeks ago may have maimed her chances. The solution? Serena gets Blair to babysit the Dean’s niece to earn brownie points. Only problem (and who didn’t see this one coming?) is that little Emma is on a mission to lose her virginity.

Gossip Girl put it quite poetically: Lady B…outsoxed by a young fox. Because, of course, if there’s a young, horny virgin on the prowl, she’s bound to get intercepted by the one and only Chuck Bass.

Favorite line of the night, courtesy of Mr. Bass: “The only thing I like aged is my scotch.” LOVE it.

However, Mr. Bass laments to Blair that he holds very few things sacred, and one of those things is humping in the back of a limo. How sweet, in a pervy Chuck Bass kind of way. Needless to say, the jailbait bounced and hit up a club in search of Mr. Right Now.

Meanwhile, Little J. is planning her big, risque fashion debut… at a charity gala being thrown in honor of Lily and Bart. Like that doesn’t have “disaster” written all over it. She pulls the “Do you care about me?” card with Nate…isn’t it a little early to try to whip your new boy toy, Little J.? Nonetheless, Nate takes the bait and the next thing we know, GG is loading Jenny and Nate’s second kiss into an RSS feed.

Gossip Girl actually played quite the role in tonight’s episode – as everyone was running around trying to figure out who was where (and with whom), they all kept going back to GG, and finally, Chuck managed to lure Emma (the young virgin) back to Blair by getting GG to post some fake story about Emma’s rival, Muffy. If you’re lost here, don’t worry. It was all just some filler material, though it did raise the question of how the hell Chuck can pull even the mysterious Gossip Girl’s strings.

My favorite part of the night? Blair tries to have a heart-to-heart with Emma about how her first time should be special, and finally mutters the L-word, in reference to Chuck. I squealed a bit here, though I don’t know if I believe that Blair knew she loved C-Bass during the limo trysts. Oh well, B. Saying it once opens the flood gates for more confessions in the future.

BTW, Blair got some juice on Emma’s mom, but decided not to blackmail her, and karma came back around: it looks like B’s going to Yale after all. Jenny’s fashion show was a success, though Rufus tried to get her arrested for her shenanigans, which prompted Jenny to flee (and it looks like she’ll be getting in way too deep in the coming weeks); Dan kicked Nate out of the house; Vanessa threw a temper tantrum over Jenny and Nate; Jenny dumped Nate out of respect for V (though she promptly bounced anyway); and Aaron the art dude may or may not have a harem of girlfriends. We’ll find out when he takes S to dinner next week.

What to look for next week: Dan finally grows some balls (or thinks he does), and it looks like his Chuck Bass story is going to press…which can’t be good for anyone on the Upper East Side.

What’s a striving- to- have- more- money- 20- something to do? I brainstormed – in my desperate need to scrounge up some extra cash – ways in which you can get creative, have some fun and throw somethin’ extra into that piggy bank.

Turn your hobby into some cash. Do you enjoy making scrapbooks, knitting, creating playlists or setting up peoples’ iPods for them with the latest tunes? If so, take your hobby and make it into something profitable. Put out flyers in your neighborhood, an ad in the local paper, send out a mass email or even create a standard template website and let people know you’re open for business!

Sell some old clothes. Those prom dresses have sat in your closet since high school and, let’s face it, you’re not going to be wearing them anytime soon. Go to a consignment shop, take out an ad in the paper or swing by a local beauty pageant (I swear they’re around and the ladies will bite for those gowns). With, say, 50 bucks a dress, you could walk out of there with a couple hundred dollars!

Use those skills. Did you know that you only need 2 years of college to substitute teach? Not only that, but summer schools are desperate for teachers AND you can make around $100 a day (and for summer school, that’s like $20 an hour = not bad!). Or, do some tutoring. You can make up to $60 an hour tutoring, depending on your education level and experience. And most of that money is straight cash, baby!

Change it up. What do you do with your spare change? Get an empty water cooler bottle and leave it by your front door. Every day when you come in, dump the spare change from your pockets, car, purse, etc. At the end of every month, count it up; you’d be surprised at how much you accumulate. My boyfriend and I counted his lose change this weekend and guess how much we got? $270!!!!

Purge your stuff. Have a tag sale. Get rid of some of those old clothes, books, etc., that are sitting in your room collecting dust. One woman’s trash, is another woman’s treasure!

Yard Work. Are you immune to poison ivy and your neighbors are not? Offer to do some weeding and gardening for them for a bargain price! Not only will they appreciate the help, but they’ll be so stoked about not getting the itchiesthat they may even through in some bonus cash (or at least some ice cold lemonade)!

Babysit. Parents have the hardest time finding care for their kids during the summer months. If you’re kid friendly, offer to be a nanny a few days a week – or even one or two nights, so the parentals can get some romantical time.

Move your cash. Whatever money you do have lying around needs to have a home. Is your bank account getting the best interest rate? If not, move banks and, most times, you can get some bonus money (some banks will give you up to $200 for moving to them!) when you sign up. Cha ching!

Ebay-it. If you don’t feel like garage sale-ing it, take some pics of your stuff and throw it on eBay. Who knows how much you could make on such a heavy shopped site.

I find sexual fantasies to be both extremely liberating and enlightening. By opening myself up to any possibility – mostly things I would never do in the flesh – I learn a lot about myself and what turns me on. I can act out entire scenarios in my head and prepare myself for new situations that may arise sometime down the road. And, of course, I get to do something a little naughty with people I would never have the opportunity to be with in real life.

Like the dad of the kids I babysit for. I know that fantasy is as cliché as they come, but there is something so sexy and forbidden about that bond between babysitter and dad. He is sexy, smart, funny, and adorable with his kids. I know it’s so wrong, but I can’t help but wonder what it would be like to have him drive me home, kiss me, then take advantage of me in the back of his Mercedes.

Or my Psych professor. Real original, I know, but as over-done as this scenario is, it doesn’t make wild sex during office hours any less tempting. Or sneaking him into my sorority house for an afternoon siesta any less dangerous and totally hot. The fact that it is so off limits only makes me want it more.

My fantasies are always about people I cannot be with, in places I cannot go, but knowing how much I enjoy them in my head, I have really started to branch out and try new things. No, I am not going to try and seduce some married men (as awesome as it is in my head), but allowing myself to open up and imagine new things has made me realize just what turns me on. And it makes the real thing sooooo much better.

I think lots of women are embarrassed by their deep, dark fantasies and therefore do not discuss – or even entertain – them. If you fall into that category, you are doing yourself a great disservice. Take some time to really think about it; you will definitely enjoy the results.
