Poor Britney.

I have seen her go from beautiful pop princess to the bald girl in rehab (for the 2nd time).

I really thought it couldn’t get any worse for this her, but I was wrong.

A security camera at a Manhattan nightclub, has caught Brit stripping and possibly engaging in some other “acts” with two dancers. This videotape is being bid on no by various outlets and the asking price is about $150,000. According to the New York Daily News report, supposedly what Miss Spears is doing on this tape can be enough to have her children taken away from her! Not good Brit, not good. I wish her the best to a full recovery! I want the old Brit back.

I was never one to spend a lot of money on my under-layers. You know, those sexy little panties (worst word ever, by the way) and lacy/flowery bras. Yes, I liked to look sexy once my clothes were removed, but I always thought that matching my bra to my underwear was enough (black on black never got any complaints). But while perusing the lingerie section in Target last weekend, I found some very cute and super sexy lingerie…and it was cheap!

So I bought it. And, being one who needs instant gratification, I wore it out that night.

It was a hit. I didn’t even need to strip my clothes off (which would have been quite awkward in the middle of the bar) for my lingerie to work its magic. Simply wearing it gave me confidence and had me walking around the bar like I had the body of Tyra Banks (before she got “fat”). And in return the boys came a’runnin. Seriously. As I stood by the bar waiting for my vodka tonic, three guys approached me and began flirting. Cotton underwear never warranted that kind of a response!

And it got better once I chose one and headed home. But that is between me, him (I think his name was Mike?) and the lacy number that I found behind my bookshelf in the morning. I immediately returned to Target the next day and bought every piece of lingerie in the store.

Bye bye cotton.

The more I see the Derek Lam Brigatta Blue Platforms, the more I want them! But with the $720 price tag, I won’t be seeing these puppies on my feet anytime soon.

So I’ve tried to convince myself that I’m a flat sandal kind of girl when it comes to warm weather (I mean who wants to walk from class to class in heels anyway?).

But it hasn’t worked.
