I always hated having to style my hair a few days after getting a nice, bouncy blowout at the hair salon. It never looked as good as when my stylist did it, and I would hate my haircut because it looked stupid whenever I did it.
Well, those days are long gone (!!!!).
I like to think I’ve mastered the blowout, and dare I say it, I might be better than some stylists. Yeah, I went there. Honestly, it’s not that hard to get a perfect blowout. I do it every week, and if I can then you definitely can! This week, I’m laying out my steps to a perfect blowout and hopefully, you’ll never have to feel that post-salon depression again.
Life changing, right?

Seriously, how awkward is the break-up convo? In the words of 90s one-hit-wonder Nada Surf, “even if you’ve gone together for only a short time, and haven’t been too serious, there’s still a feeling of rejection when someone says she prefers the company of others to your exclusive company.”
Sometimes, I think finding out that your mate has cheated is a blessing in disguise, because you can sidestep the entire “this isn’t working” discussion and end things in an explosive fight instead.
