CollegeCandy Gets Cleansed, Day 3

So, I decided to do a 3-day Cooler Cleanse and here’s why. My first day was fun! Exciting! Refreshing! And then I woke up for Day 2 feeling a bit too much like the morning after my 21st birthday. Except I did feel a whole lot lighter (thanks to the healthy juices/lack of an entire birthday cake at 3am).

After a lot of napping, some major ‘How I Met Your Mother‘ reruns, and 6 more juices, I climbed back into bed on Saturday night (at 9pm…woof), excited to take on my final day of the cleanse. And here’s what happened when I woke up on Sunday morning:

Note: Apparently being tired makes me repeat myself a lot. Who knew?

So, I decided to do a 3-day Cooler Cleanse and here’s why. My first day was fun! Exciting! Refreshing!… And then day 2 hit me like a campus bus. (Sidenote: In college, one of our campus buses DID hit a student. WTF, right?) It was like the worst hangover of all time…only I couldn’t eat an egg and cheese bagel to make myself feel better.

So, I decided to do a 3-day Cooler Cleanse and here’s why. And in this here video, you can see how my first day of cleansing/drinking/not chewing/not visiting my local Starbucks boyfriend barista went.

Surprising fact: I didn’t miss food nearly as much as I thought I would. I really wasn’t hungry at all. I also thoroughly enjoyed not having to make anything/do any dishes. You mean all I have to do is twist off a cap? I’m sold!
