Turns Out Walmart Sells Cute Clothes
Okay. Maybe we’re jumping the gun here. Clothes plural is a strong statement. But they do sell one really cute shirt and we have to say we’re impressed — with Walmart as well as with CollegeFashion for finding it. Whether, it holds up or not…we can’t really vouch for that.

8 Under $20: She’s A Lady
Prim and proper ladylike fashion has had a surge in popularity recently, and I’m totally on board with it. I love embracing my girly side with a pretty dress and heels from time to time. Plus wearing details like lace, pearls, ruffles and bows just makes you look so sophisticated and ladylike. Most of all, though, what I like about this style is that it’s all about leaving a little something to the imagination — in other words, classy over trashy.

8 Under $20: Holiday Sparkle
The holiday season is officially upon us, which means for the next month or so, there will be lots of holiday parties and opportunities to get dressed up! So why not celebrate the season by wearing some sparkle? Not just for craft projects or dance-recital makeup anymore, glitter can be found on all types of clothes and accessories right now — and what perfect time to wear it than during the holidays?

8 Under $20: Sweater Dresses
One cold-weather staple every girl should have in her closet is a sweater dress (at least one). They’re practical, because they keep you warm when the weather’s not, and they’re super comfortable! Plus, they’re easy!

Celebrity Chic on the Cheap: Beyonce is Terrifically Trendy
Could Beyonce be any more perfect? I’ve been obsessed with her for over a decade, so my answer would obviously be “no.” She has evolved so much as a singer, performer, and fashionista. She is, in my humble opinion, one of the most consistently best-dressed celebrities.

8 Under $20: Corduroy
Corduroy is classic fabric that never really goes out of style, and I love its versatility. Corduroy pants are a great substitute for jeans during the cooler months, and I love it on jackets and accessories. The best part about corduroy is that it’s affordable — check out these pieces, all of which are under $20!

8 Under $20: Plaid
Most people think of plaid as just for prepsters, but it can actually be pretty fashionable! Paired with boots, chunky knits, or dark colors, it’s perfect for the chillier months. But if you’re unsure about adding plaid to your wardrobe, the great news is it’s easy to incorporate it as little or as much as you’d like! Whether you opt for a plaid dress, coat or just accessories, there are lots of options out there that are also budget-friendly!

8 Under $20: Urban Outfitters Sale
Urban Outfitters is popular for their stylish clothes, fun accessories and quirky home decor, but their prices aren’t always college-student friendly. But luckily for all of us on a budget, Urban Outfitters happens to have a great sale section. Unlike some sites, where the sale section consists mostly of unpopular sizes and pieces, Urban Outfitter’s sale section has a great selection and great prices.

Budget Stylista – Dressing Up Sportswear
This is one of the things that I love about fashion. Designers can be “inspired” by something, and then channel it in a way that is on an entirely different planet than the original inspiration. For example, just because the Victorian-era inspired designers this season, doesn’t mean girls are rocking the insane junk-in-yo-trunk bustle. So instead of the clothes you’d sweat-it-out at the gym in, there are chic, sporty clothes for you instead.

Baggin’ Out: Topshop Heart Padded Clutch
Browsing through purses the other day, my eyes fell upon this adorable clutch! I instantly fell in love and knew it needed to be featured on Baggin’ Out. Let me present the Topshop Heart Padded Clutch! If you’re not a lover of all things cute and quirky, this may not be your favorite edition of Baggin’ Out. Considered yourself warned.

8 Under $20: That 70s Fashion
History always repeats itself, and this is especially true in the fashion world! Fashion inspired by the 1970s was huge on the runways and in stores this past spring and summer, and from what I’ve seen so far, it looks like this trend is going to carry well into the fall!

8 Under $20: Pink Ice
I’m always looking for new stores that sell cute, affordable clothes. That’s why I was so excited when I came across Pink Ice while shopping on 3rd Street Promenade in Santa Monica, California — and even more excited when I found out they had an online store as well! Pink Ice is full of cute clothes perfect for any occasion!
