Versatile Style: Wildfox Couture Golden Peace Tee

I’m feeling very casual lately. Like so casual, that I wore jeans to work three days out of five last week (unheard of for girly me!). Even when I hit the town, I’m not loving getting dressed up or sporting one of the skintight dresses in my closet. For times like these, it’s nice to have t-shirts that transcend the boundaries of casual and dressy.

    Campus Couture: Laura, Saint Thomas

The University of Saint Thomas is one of the only campuses in Minnesota where students actually dress up to go to class. Yep, you’ve got it; if you don’t look like you spent at least 30 minutes getting ready people may not move over for you on the sidewalk. People from other colleges hear about this and think it is absolutely bananas that students wouldn’t dare sit in class with an over-sized sweatshirt and opt for a cute mini, tights, and vintage tank instead.

    Campus Couture: Brooklyn, Drake University

At a school where most girls’ wardrobes are dominated by T-shirts and going-out tops, I always find it refreshing to spot a girl who takes her style seriously. So after seeing Brooklyn roaming around campus on multiple occasions, I just had to stop her. She has the uncanny ability to look effortlessly cool in every situation

    Campus Couture: Victoria, Simmons College

Victoria is one of the most creative people I know. She’s an art and marketing major who can make anything look perfect, whether it’s her website, her dorm room or herself.

    Campus Couture: Jessica, Quinnipiac University

College is a world where even jeans stand out in a classroom. Sweat pants and leggings dominate the college fashion world, so when I saw Jessica wearing dark black ripped jeans, and long, dangly earrings, I was kind of hooked onto her style. She doesn’t just put on jeans and a cute shirt and call that fashionable.

    Campus Couture: Tatomme from Ryerson

Allow me to introduce you to Tatomme, probably the only girl I’ve ever met who can truly pull off a chambray jumper. And by “pull off” I mean “work it like she’s got Rachael Zoe dressing her and she’s walkin’ down a runway.” I just met her this semester, and I was instantly impressed with her style.

  • Campus Couture: Casually Cool Jessica

    Campus Couture: Casually Cool Jessica

She’s a senior and while she may be dealing with a bad case of Senioritis, her style certainly isn’t. No matter what time she wakes up in the morning – sometimes ten minutes before class…and sometimes ten minutes after it’s started – Jessica always stays fly and manages to pull on something cute.

    Campus Couture: Poppin’, Lockin’ Alex

Meet my childhood friend, Alex! He’s one of the best dancers I know, and represents the new era of fashion that incorporates a street style mixed with urban chic. Every time I see him he’s always dancing; whether it be popping and locking while talking, or doing the finger tut. And all the while in Nike Dunks and a sick graphic tee.
