A little milder form of the gross-turned-delish is the ever classic Dirt dessert.

There are different recipes circulating, but the differences lie mostly in the assembly. Yeah, you can serve up this dessert for a Halloween party or that ultra chic Garden Party on your patio in the Springtime! All it takes is a little tweaking.

First, the mechanics. This recipe comes from Taste of Home. To make this ultra mega tasty dessert you need:

8 oz. cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup margarine, softened

1 cup confectioners’ sugar

3 1/2 cups cold milk

2 packages (3.4 ounces each) instant vanilla pudding mix

1 carton (12 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed

1 package (18 ounces) cream-filled chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed (yeah those would be Oreos)

1. First things first: Beat the cream cheese, margarine, and confectioners’ sugar until smooth.

2. In a separate bowl, whisk milk and pudding mixes for 2 minutes. Then resist the urge to lick the bowl and let it stand for about two minutes, until it’s set.

3. Gradually add your cream cheese mixture to the pudding. Don’t lick the bowl yet! You have to finish the dessert first.

4. Fold in the whipped cream. (Are you snacking on the cookies? Good–don’t. You need them.)

5. Take a 13 x 9 inch pan and spread about 1 1/3 cups of the crushed cookies evenly in the bottom. Layer half of the pudding on.

6. Leftovers? Nope. Layer on half of the remaining cookies. Then top that with the rest of the pudding. And then on top of that the rest of the cookies. Now the hard part: you have to refrigerate that pan of cookie deliciousness for at least an hour.

7. Before you refrigerate, decorate! For Halloween, you can write messages on Milano cookies and then stick them upright in the “dirt” for tombstones. Add some of those little candy pumpkins and some gummi worms. Creepy huh? Tasty too!

8. All right, now refrigerate! And since you can’t touch it for at least an hour, now is the best time to lick those bowls and spoons.

When it’s ready, have some on the couch. In a bowl. Or on a plate. Or straight from the dish with a really big spoon.

Many women see their backdoor as a one-way street, so to speak. To them, anal sex is more laughable than sexy and it’s understandable that they should feel that way–after all, what has popular culture told us about anal sex? That it’s funny, disgusting, painful, or the dangerous means of a deviant lifestyle.

I will concede that anal sex is funny at times, but only so much as sex as a whole is funny (which it really should be). Also, we as a society seem to need to make light of the things that make us uncomfortable, and anal sex is still very taboo culturally because of widespread misinformation and closed minds.

For instance, many people still associate anal sex with homosexuality and the AIDS epidemic, and let their ignorance about the lifestyle inform their ideas about the nature of the act. Granted, some studies have shown that sexually transmitted diseases are more easily spread through anal sex, but they are even more easily preventable if the sex is practiced safely.

For all its perceived perversion, anal sex seems to be growing in popularity. In a 2005 study by the Center for Disease Control, they found that 34% of men and 32% of women between the ages of 22-24 have anal sex with the opposite sex, up from 20% in 1990. The Guide to Getting it On also reports that 30-40% of all heterosexual couples in this country have tried anal intercourse, with up to half of these continuing to do it on an occasional basis.

If you do decide to partake in anal sex, make sure you are living in a state that allows you to do so. Despite a 2003 decision by the US Supreme Court that sodomy laws were unconstitutional, 12 states (including my own state of Florida…yeah, all this information I’m offering in part two is totally anecdotal…) have laws banning outright or regulating who can have anal sex and with whom.

In fact, although the so-called sodomy law is mostly associated with anal sex, it’s implied that what is really outlawed is sexual activity that cannot lead to procreation. So, get your hands out of your pants, because that means no masturbation and, that’s right, no oral sex.

When put in those terms, I’m betting that not even the senators who voted in these laws would be able to follow them. It’s another sad example of the government or people in power trying to govern our sexuality and subvert the rights inherent to us as American citizens.

Although America isn’t the only country to have highly flawed ideas about sexuality: in 70 of 195 countries in the world consensual homosexual sex is illegal. The good news, however, is that the number of these laws are on the decline.

One adult having consensual anal sex with another only hurts other people so far as it may offend their delicate sensibilities. And they have just as much right to be offended as I have a right to have sex however I damn well please.

But I live in Florida, which means my options are somewhat limited.

I have so many issues with this one, I don’t even know where to begin. So here goes nothing.

P-Diddy the Perfume? WTF??? Ok, technically it’s Sean John, but P-Diddy is Sean John- so still I say WTF? – Double WTF???

Is there really a girl out there that is going to buy this sh*t… let alone wear it? I can smell it now… hundreds of fat-backed, skank-ass, halter top-wearing honeys packing the 40 /40 club donning Diddy’s “fresh” new scent- I think I just threw up in my mouth a little.

I can only imagine it smells a bit like the enclosed storefront ATM by my apartment that a homeless man has conveniently made his own personal restroom… with a hint of “Meadows & Rain” Febreze.

Personal taste aside, MTV has refused to air the ads for P-Diddy’s unforgiveable fragrance “Unforgiveable Women” by Sean John. Although MTV has declined to comment, Puffy says the spots were “deemed too provocative and too sexual for television with cable network executives reportedly demanding the erotic content be edited.”

There is no question the ads are a bit on the racy side, but certainly no more sexually offensive than MTV’s Spring-Break and Real World gropefests. The reality of the situation is the ads are as pungent as the perfume itself… they just stink. Take a look for yourself.
