We’re finishing finals and we’re getting ready for the holidays, and therefore we have no time. I’m sure just about all of us are somewhere cold, too. And on top of that, we’re probably getting ready for some serious holiday eating. My recipe today is a quick, warm, and (dare I say) healthy way to break into the dining-hall free world of Winter Break.
If there is one thing I have accepted about myself, it is that I always, ALWAYS, prefer appetizers to entrees. I don’t know why, but for some reason those little bits and pieces always sound way more enticing than a big ol’ plate of….just about anything.
