If any of you have watched Bridget’s Sexiest Beaches on The Travel Channel, you have without a doubt seen some pretty crazy swimwear. Each episode, Bridget, (who generally looks perfect in everything, even though she says that her “stomach should be firmer”) wears multiple swimsuits and cute cover-ups that make you wish it were summer. And that your body was bikini ready.
Naturally, a show about beaches hosted by a former Playboy Bunny has to feature totally adorable bikinis, and Bridget’s Sexiest Beaches does not disappoint! Just look at the suit she wore in Croatia or in Jamaica or Turks and Caicios! It’s clear that Bridget (or the show’s stylist) has great taste and killer style.
A style that I want to emulate.

OMG. We didn’t realize how much we loved the Golden Globes until we sat – popcorn and cookies in hand – and watched all the stars strut their stuff on the red carpet last night. There were so many good looking and talented people in one room; we would have given anything (yes, including our extensive bag collection) to be there. Hell, we just want to try on Beyonce’s necklace.
The Red Carpet was fantastic. Fitted dresses were all the rage, highlighted by gorgeous accessories. Cocktail rings were everywhere, along with blingin’ brooches, hair clips and necklaces. And let’s not forget the best (and most prevalent) accessory of all: major cleavage.
Below are a few of our favorite (and most trainwreck-y) bits and pieces from the evening. Sure, the overall looks were breathtaking, but it’s all in the details, right? A little bling here, a little ruffle there. And, of course, Drew Barrymore’s hair. I mean, come on, girlfriend. That hair? Is she auditioning for Hairspray?!

The Emmy Awards were on last night, and I gotta say the style choices were much better than the sh*t that was on the VMA red carpet, due in part to the lack of pacifiers alone.
My faves?
Katherine Heigl and Ali Larter for the ladies, and, really, most of the guys looked pretty damn good.
But, of course, beyond the glitz, glamor and fabulous bright colors (and shots of PR reps accidentally looking into cameras) this year, there were major fashion mishaps.
What award show wouldn’t be complete without WTF-were-they-thinking touches, such as unnecessary one-boob dresses or confusing frumpiness or crap hairdo’s from the ’50’s? You’d get one pretty disappointing awards show, if you ask me.

Everybody’s got an opinion when it comes to beauty, but leave to TV Guide to play it safe. AceShowBiz.com reports that “TV Guide’s Hottest Stars on US TV” issue hit newstands yesterday – and the list is a veritable who’s who of you know who and the usual, pridictable, same old, same old.
Topping the list is Evangeline Lilly from Lost- you know that girl on that show that people used to watch way back when.
Don’t get me wrong, Evangeline is a beautiful gal, but aren’t we about 3 years late on this one? For my money, Ugly Betty’sBecki Newton should be gracing the cover.
But then again she still has a few years before her show is cancelled. So hang in there Becki, give it a couple.
