Graduation is fast approaching and soon we college girls will have to swap our flip flops and sweats for pumps and two-piece suits. Unless you have an amazing job where you can work in your PJs, you’re going to need to update your wardrobe with some real people clothes (that don’t permanently smell of pizza and beer, no matter how many times you wash them).

Ashley lives in the room next door to mine so I see her a lot. Yet somehow, every time I spot her in the hall (or lounging on her bed) she’s wearing something different that looks amazing on her. Weekly Wrap Up: 2010 Makes Me Tired
Whew. We have all officially survived the first week of 2010. And if the rest of the year is going to be anything like the past 8 days, I think I’m in for some serious trouble. After a whirlwind New Year’s weekend chock full of drinking, celebrating, and more drinking, it took me until yesterday (true story) to get back to normal. I was so tired and out of it all week that I already blew through my Caribou Coffee gift card that I got for Hanukkah.
H&M: Slashing More Than Prices
Recently, it has been discovered H&M has been slashing unsold clothing items and throwing them in the trash. And not just a few imperfect items; bags upon bags of this stuff were found in a dumpster behind their flagship Manhattan store. Items in the H&M trash bin included gloves with the fingers cut off, shoes with the instep cut-out, and warm jackets with fiber fill pouring out its slashed sides.
It’s On: Christmas Crunch Time!
So it’s Christmas Eve, you just got home from school, and sometime between the TV marathons and the Facebook-stalking your BFFs on their tropical vacations, you realized you hadn’t done much Christmas shopping. And now it’s Christmas Eve and you still haven’t gotten those important people their gifts yet.
