But even I have a line. And let me tell you, these movies that I’m about to list. Well, let’s just say they crossed it. They ran across it. Sprinted even. They’re so far over that line that I can’t even see it anymore…

10. Post Grad. This movie is terrible. Because it shows you all the struggles of Post Grad life without any of the payoff. Alexis Bledel’s character struggles for months. And when she finally gets the job of her dreams she gives it all up to go after a boy. Ugh! Gag me!

9. When in Rome. So Kristen Bell went from playing a badass modern day Nancy Drew on Veronica Mars to a neurotic single lady in Manhattan who can only get guys to fall in love with her with magic coins? She should really talk to her agent.

8. Over Her Dead Body. Eva Langoria comes back from the dead to stop her ex-boyfriend from moving on with his life. Chaos ensues. Oh, wait a minute. So that’s where Grey’s Anatomy got that whole ‘bring Denny back from the dead’ thing? I can’t believe I’m saying this but Katherine Heigl did it better.

7. Georgia Rule. I don’t even really know what this movie is about. And I really don’t even need to. Because if a girl can’t even make it through the trailer for a chick flick, than it really, really is a terrible chick flick.

6. Nights in Rodanthe. Most Nicholas Sparks adaptations are super cheesy, so I know I shouldn’t have expected too much from this one either. But Richard Gere was in it! Richard Gere! He brought us An officer and a Gentleman and Pretty Woman! Richard Gere, who I had high hopes for. Richard Gere who… starred in a really horrible movie.

5. Maid in Manhattan. Hey J.Lo, I love you on American Idol and all and I think your music is great, but this has got to be one of your worst ideas ever. (Yes, including that bedazzled bandanna you were sportin’ in 2000 and that Louboutin song you sang.) If we want to see a Cinderella story we’ll watch, well, A Cinderella Story (maybe this should be the top 11 this week.), not a really bad rewrite. So just stick to the music for now.

4. Crossroads. Oh Britney, you really thought you could be an actor, didn’t you? Well if anything good came out of this movie it was that it taught you that you can’t.

3. Ghosts of Girlfriends Past. Really Matthew McConaughey? How bad off could you be that you’re willing to star in a supernatural rewrite of a Christmas Carol. This movie was so wrong on so many different levels I don’t even know where to begin. Well, I guess I’d start with the cheesy flashbacks, the horrible plot line, the predictable ending,  and the unoriginal characters.

2. Bride Wars. Anne Hathway and Kate Hudson. Two reasonably sane women. At least until they started dying each other’s hair blue. This movie epitomizes the bridzilla stereotype. Every bad thought society has about the way women become obsessed with the frivolous unnecessary details of a wedding are reaffirmed in this movie.

1. Killers. Katherine Heigl has never met a horrible chick flick she hasn’t liked. But this one goes above and beyond the call of duty. A generic blonde emotionally stunted female meets and falls in love with a man who turns out to be just like her father. Really? I mean, really?

Note: As you can see, most of these movies are the result of TV actors and singers trying to make in on the big screen. Apparently…they can’t.

I’m sure there are plenty more awful, terrible, no good, very bad chick flicks. Which ones make you cringe most?

Lately, it seems like celebrities are doing things in groups more than usual – one week it was engagements, the next week it was breaking up, and this week, it’s all about babies. Add in some relationship rumors and Britney making yet another comeback, and you’ve got a pretty good week for Hollywood.

A Snow Day Filled With Long Naps

1. Britney’s back, bitches! You didn’t expect her to be gone for long, did you? Britney released her amazing new single, ‘Hold It Against Me’ this week, and it immediately made it to the top of the iTunes charts AND broke radio records. It leaked on Monday afternoon, even though it was supposed to be released at midnight. I, for one, cannot wait for the music video. In more awesome Britney news, she’s rumored to be performing at the Grammys. Yet another reason to watch.

2. Kate Hudson and Owen Wilson are both having babies at the same time. With different people, obviously. Kate announced her unplanned pregnancy with her boyfriend, Matt Bellamy from Muse. I’m guessing this means no A-Rod reunion any time soon. Owen announced he was going to be a father on Monday, Jan. 11, with his girlfriend Jade Buell. Do I hear wedding bells in the future for either of them?

3. Jewel and Tia Mowry AND Selma Blair are pregnant also.At least these two of those three are married, right? Jewel announced her pregnancy with her husband Ty Murray shortly after Owen Wilson did, and Tia Mowry followed close behind. She’s expecting her first child with her husband Cory Hardrict. Congrats and please, let’s not all give them weird names.

4. Justin Bieber and Zac Efron will be among the presenters at the Golden Globes. In an effort to ensure that every teenage girl in America will watch the Golden Globes, they made this announcement. I have to admit I’m pretty excited about it. The Biebs and Zac BOTH presenting? Even though Justin has absolutely nothing to do with movies (although I’m sure he’ll star in one soon enough), this is a pretty good marketing ploy.

5. Are Ryan Philippe and Amanda Seyfried dating? The latest relationship gossip went from Ryan Gosling and Michelle Williams, to Ryan Reynolds and Sandra Bullock, and now to Ryan Phillippe and Amanda Seyfried. Any other single hot Ryan’s out there that need to be paired up with a cute actress? Anyway, the two have been spotted together looking adorable, and a source told People that “they’re really into each other”. They’d definitely have some cute blonde babies, that’s for sure.

A Snow Day Spent Catching Up On Work

1. You HAVE to watch these hilarious Golden Globe spoofs. Popeater.com put together this amazing list of spoofs of the best movies from 2010. These spoofs are actually hysterical, more so if you’ve seen the movie, obviously. They’ve got Inception, The Social Network, Black Swan, The Fighter, The Town, and Toy Story 3. Ladies, keep yourselves entertained and ready for the Golden Globes.

3. Blake Lively is kind of the luckiest girl ever. She dated Penn Badgley, is pretty much Karl Lagerfeld’s muse, and has been romantically linked to Ryan Gosling, Ryan Reynolds, Adrian Grenier and now… Leonardo DiCaprio. The two were spotted together at a party and the rumors began. Life is just not fair sometimes.

4. A.J. McLean is going back to rehab. He didn’t give any reasons for checking himself back into rehab, but he’s been there twice already for substance abuse and drinking. Aw, A.J…..

5. Pretty Little Liars was picked up for a second season. If you’re not watching this show, please start. It’s kind of awesome.

The Bachelor’s been on so long that it’s starting to look more dated and more scripted than the always-classy Blind Date series of the ’90s. Dating shows in general have become boring and stale. Because, let’s be honest, no one wants to watch one more good-looking-average-Joe go on dates. No, we want to watch full-fledged A-list celebrities who spend more time in tabloids than in the movies and on stage find true love. And of course by true love we mean a relationship that lasts at least three months, tops.

So here’s our plan for the future of reality television. Would you watch? Wait, who are we kidding? Of course you’d watch. If “The Little Chocolatiers” can make it, so can these:

How to Meet a Tabloid Hound in 10 Days

The OXYGEN network and ThxMom4MakingMeFamous productions are proud to present their newest reality show, How to Meet a Tabloid Hound in 10 Days, starring America’s Sweetheart circa 2005, Kate Hudson. Over the course of ten episodes Kate Hudson will date several A-list Hollywood bachelors as she attempts to find one who will ensure she’ll at least get the cover of Star 3 times a month. Each week she’ll narrow down the competition by handing each eligible tabloid hound one of her many rom-com DVDS. (“Will you watch my movie with me?”)But not for dramatic effect, more because no one bought them and the studio’s begging her to find a way to get rid of them.

Boob Jobs & Heart Jobs

This Fall on MTV2, Heidi Montag will search for love among the many unlicensed plastic surgeons of the Hollywood Hills on the soon-to-be-hated hit show Boob Jobs & Heart Jobs. She’ll go on several completely scripted dates with anyone who has access to a scalpel and silicone. And each week will be filled with tension when she eliminates people by handing them photos of herself-pre-plastic-surgery-palooza as well as a recording of her single “Body Language.” Harsh, Heidi!

What Would Jesus Do

Coming this September on TVLand is a new dating show so outrageous and so offensive that the FCC is already getting complaints. The original Lady Gaga, Madonna, will be searching for love on the show What Would Jesus Do. Throughout the season she’ll go on dates with various young models named Jesus. How will she decide who gets to stay and who gets to go? Well the first person to start crying/vomiting during the daily “Stare at my unnatural arms” competition will be asked to leave. The unlucky person will find out he’s a goner when he doesn’t receive a Botox shot during the elimination round.

Mirror, Mirror, On The Wall

This year Youtube and Twitter are coming together for an unprecedented dating show that will make you question the song “your body is a wonderland” for the rest of your life. John Mayer stars in Mirror, Mirror on the Wall, a completely original dating show where John Mayer effectively dates himself by dating various mirrors of all shapes, sizes, and colors. During the elimination round, he’ll hook-up with  the mirrors he wants to stay and then sell the details to whatever tabloid will pay him.

Kate No More Masturbate

Fueling more rumors that TLC has a pact with the Devil, they’ve unsurprisingly present yet another show featuring the completely unlikable mother of 8, Kate Gosselin.  Kate No More Masturbate will feature the “woe is me” single mother going on several dates with grown men who act like little boys. At the end of each episode she’ll gather them all on the interview chair and hand out her children to the men who advance to the next round. Pennsylvania’s child abuse council is already on high alert.

LiLo-Ve

Who says CBS is for grandparents!? This fall season,  they are proud to give America a show that will warm your hearts… by reminding you that it really was for the best that you weren’t a child star. Lindsay Lohan will star in a show titled LiLo-Ve that follows the soon-to-be-felon as she tries to date guys while fooling her ankle bracelet into thinking she’s sober.  At the end of each episode she’ll gather her rag-tag group of men, women, and dogs and give each contestant her a bag of sh*t  to light on fire on her dad’s doorstep. Didn’t receive the flaming poo bag? Looks like you’re going home. Please note that this show was taped in June so it’s premiering this fall whether the talent is dead or alive.

Get ready red states because FOX NEWS is entering the world of reality television. Famed teen mom Bristol Palin will date teenage men in a show called Can You Afford Child Support Because My Mother Only Pays Attention to Me When She Needs to Make a Point. Every week she’ll date various aspiring Playgirl models in an effort to see who has the best connection with her child. What’s her elimination strategy? She’ll hand every contestant that she wants to remain a pamphlet on abstinence taped to a box of condoms.

Justin Bieber Needs a Doctor

Discovery Health gets in on the teeny-bopper scene with their new show, Justin Bieber Needs a Doctor. No seriously the kid needs a doctor. Bieber Fever is officially an epidemic and the only conceivable cure is to find the kid a reputable doctor. Each week he’ll go out on a chaperoned date with various pediatricians who will present him with their scientific cures and/or home remedies for Bieber Fever. Each week he’ll eliminate one doctor by flicking his hair in the direction of those he wants to stay.

Troubles in Therapy

In an unheard of event, every major network will work together to bring you the show Troubles in Therapy, a dating show about Kristen Stewart‘s search for an anti-anti-depressant  that will make her look even more moody and disheveled than ever. She’s given full approval for the show as long as the networks don’t mind when she complains about how much she hates the show. What’s her elimination secret? She’ll hand all the lucky contestants a lock of her greasy hair.

Shirtless Love

Lifetime’s new teen girl network LifetimeLittleLadies brings you the show that’s sure to be a hit this season. Taylor Lautner stars in Shirtless Love,an innovative dating show where Taylor Lautner spends every single episode topless. The women will spend the majority of the episodes staring at his abs and actually attempting to wash clothes on them. At no point will his face be featured on camera. He’ll eliminate woman by bringing them into a private room and putting his shit on. Burn.

Recently, she has taken the dive into dating advice-hood and wrote a book full of her own dating tips. Yes, Jennifer Love-Hewitt, a perpetually single Hollywood “star” with a string of bad relationships is offering up advice on how to succeed in the dating world. Ironic? Yes. Disturbing? Just wait.

One piece of J-Love’s sage wisdom? To “vagazzle your vajayjay.” Yes, that’s exactly what you think it is. Ms. Hewitt wants you to bedazzle your goodies. Because nothing says love like a vagina with sequins glued on.

It’s obvious that Jennifer Love Hewitt is not someone any of us should be turning to for dating or love advice. In fact, there are quite a few ladies who probably shouldn’t be starting any Dear Abby columns any time soon. Here are five we should definitely avoid.

Jessica Simpson: There are three things you should keep out of a relationship: bowel dysfunctions, a crazy and clingy father (who makes comments about your boobs), and John Mayer.  This seems to be Jessica Simpson’s ideal love triangle.  This and the fact that she is weary about the diverse qualities of chicken and tuna leaves no reason for her to sprinkle her dating advice around the world.

Heidi Montag: Unless you’re life’s dream is to marry the biggest ass-hat known to man, I wouldn’t really turn to Ms. Montag-Pratt for advice. And if marrying Spencer Pratt isn’t bad enough, girlfriend recently attempted to trick her bearded lover into having children after “forgetting” to take her birth control.  Nothing say’s “healthy relationship” like this one, folks.

Angelina Jolie: Somehow, I am discovering “stealing someone else’s man and following up with a giant litter of children” isn’t valuable dating advice.  Or kissing your own brother.  Or tattooing your boyfriend’s name on your arm. Or wearing a vile of your boyfriend’s blood on your neck. I don’t know – something about that last one just seems really effing creepy a little clingy for my taste.

Britney Spears: Two words: Adnan Ghalib. One hyphenated “word”: K-Fed. Sure, there was a little Justin Timberlake in there at one point, but I’d say taking dating advice from Britney is like taking career advice from Lindsay Lohan. Or birth control advice from Octomom.

Kate Hudson: She has landed herself quite a few hotties (Owen Wilson, Dax Sherpard, Owen Wilson, Lance Armstrong, Owen Wilson, A-Rod, Owen Wilson again!?), but I don’t think any of us are looking for advice on how to break men’s fragile little hearts then go back again and again and again and break them into smaller and smaller bits.
