Terry Richardson is one of America’s most successful fashion photographers. He’s also reportedly a huge creep, making models call him “Uncle Terry” and sexually harassing them. Lindsay Lohan never learns! TMZ reports that Lindsay was caught in an altercation with another girl at The Standard Hotel on Wednesday night. The story was given from a witness who was at the hotel with said girl, so who knows how biased her account is. The witness claimed that Lindsay accused her friend of bumping into her. The friend responded that it was not her but must have been one of the guys accompanying Lindsay and pointed out Lindsay’s father. The story follows that the verbal dispute heightened until Lindsay threw her drink in the girl’s face. TMZ caught up with Lilo’s father, and he told a very different story. See the video here! Regardless of what actually went down, it would do Lindsay some good to keep a lower profile for a while!

Another day, another former child star gets arrested. But this one makes me sad. Amanda Bynes was arrested for DUI last night in West Hollywood after clipping a cop car as she tried to pass. Yeah, that’s a pretty good way to get yourself arrested. I used to be such a huge Amanda Bynes fan! I loved her on All That and The Amanda Show back in the day, but it seems like she’s been having a hard time these past few years. Remember her weird retirement announcement on Twitter.

I really hope Amanda’s not heading down LiLo’s path. Her mug shot is pretty awful. She’s got some awkwardly colored pinkish purple hair, and heavy eye makeup. Maybe she’ll manage to be more of a Drew Barrymore though, and clean up her act. Either way, there are many former child stars who came before her. I guess putting yourself on house arrest is one way to stay out of trouble. Lindsay Lohan has decided to stay in until her probation is over on March 29th, and I’d say that’s a smart idea. It would be smarter if she had thought of that earlier, but whatever. Last week, a club manager claimed that Lilo hit him with her car when leaving, but she allegedly switched seats with her passenger to avoid charges. The manager was fine so no charges are being made right now, but they could in the future. She said that these claims are completely false, and let’s sure hope so.

As if girlfriend doesn’t have enough drama, Lindsay was leaving a bar and witnessed a pedestrian get hit by a motorcyclist. So I guess she finally realized that she shouldn’t be out at night until the coast is clear. While she’s been doing well keeping her act clean, she is definitely a target in the public eye. It’s probably best that she lay low for the next few weeks just in case something goes wrong. Lindsay won’t be going out at night, but I say just stay in all day honey.

Do a cleanse. Read a script. Do some yoga. Do everything you can to keep it together until your probation’s done. We all know dying your hair back to red isn’t going to make it all go away.
