Sadly, summer is almost over. I know you don’t want to hear it, but someone had to say it. School will be back in session soon, which means some of my favorite makeup tips and tricks are getting packed up. There are a lot of things that you can get away with in the summertime, and that rule applies to makeup and hair too. Summer is all about being fun and carefree, so I like my looks to reflect that.
However, when I go back to school I try to be more studious and natural. You don’t have to put up your bright looks, but it’s kind of an unspoken rule that happens. In this video, I’ve gone over some little things that you only have a few weeks left to rock so make me proud and do them all. Maybe even at the same time if you’re adventurous! Read More »

Summer is the best time of year. There are virtually no responsibilities (unless you’re stuck with classes or work), it’s always time for a margarita, the beach is calling your name and there are tons of hot, shirtless guys. What’s not to love? Oh yeah, the billion degree heat and the humidity! While you can cool off with the beverage of your choosing, your makeup probably won’t last past noon if you’re out and about. With the holidays upon us, it’s really tough to find time to do your hair and makeup. I mean between eating cookies, wrapping presents, and peeking under the tree, I haven’t had a ton of time to get ready for holiday parties. Not to mention I’d rather be on the couch drinking hot chocolate than standing in my bathroom with a curling iron.
But there are some quick little things we can all do to amp up our looks and be instantly holiday ready. They’re super fast and really easy, which means you can eat about five more cookies and drink two more cups of eggnog before you leave! I love the holidays!
Got something you want me to cover? Post it in the comments below. And don’t forget to check out my other videos right here!

Ever look at pictures of Angelina Jolie or Megan Fox and get caught up in their sultry stares? I do! They are definitely gorgeous ladies and girl crush worthy, but most of that sexy stare down comes from their eyeliner. Yes, you know what that means: you too can channel these sex icons and land a man as fine as Brad Pitt! (Leave those Brian Austin Greens behind.)
Follow the steps in the video and you’ll have a hot look in no time! All you need is a little eyeliner and you’re good to go.

Sometimes daytime makeup can get boring. And sometimes daytime in general (like when you’re at a dull internship) can get really, really boring. And that is when it’s time to make a change (hello, Michael Jackson reference) and add a little more oomph to your look. But is it possible to go a little bolder on your eyes without crossing into “going out makeup” territory? Yes! It’s called the daytime smokey eye and I’m going to show you how it’s done.
You can do it with any colors you want, but I’m going with some beautiful neutral shades.
Before you watch, though, can we just talk about how it’s been a year since we started CC Beauty Live? I can’t either! This has been such a great experience and I want to give something back to you all for your loyal viewership. So watch the video (all the way to the end!) for my surprise!

They say a leopard can’t change its spots, but you, my friend, can change your makeup shade. Now that summer is coming and we will all be getting a little sun kissed, it’s imperative that we make a few makeup tweaks to reflect our new skin tone! I cringe when I see a girl walking around with a face that doesn’t match the color of her body, and whether her makeup is too light or too dark, that obvious makeup line on her jaw is not cute.
If you don’t have the money or time to buy a new shade of powder every time you tan, what should you do? Blend, blend, blend! In this video I’ll share some secrets to keep you looking fresh this season instead of like you belong on the Jersey Shore. Read More »

Fact: sometimes us college girls spend too long on Facebook run out of time. I know I’ve had several instances where I’ve had less than 5 minutes to get ready to go out, and that’s not really enough time (not even close) to redo my entire look. So I’ve learned to prepare for spontaneous nights out by prepping in the morning.
Creating a base early in the day is the easiest way to transition your look from day to night, and I’m giving you the tips I use to get ready in about 4 minutes. This way you can maximize your time laying out/online shopping/studying (?) and still look gorgeous at the bar!
