Today is one of those days.

With the cute Go International line they carry, you can find a whole party appropriate ensemble (that’s all about spring trends) for under $130. And by whole I mean dress, shoes, handbag and jewelry. Even better, the accessories are versatile enough to be used for numerous other outfits!

If that isn’t a smart investment, I dunno what is.

So, with the school year coming to an end bringing with it countless soirees, I thought I’d do it up for this week’s Night Styler. This look is so cute I just ordered it online (and because it’s so cheap, I don’t even feel guilty!).

I love both of these dresses with the watermelon color. They are both sexy, trendy and totally fun. The corset style dress might not be the best for the big busted girls out there, but who can say no to a sexy black one-shoulder that shows off a little leg?

A cute black clutch is essential to any gal’s closet, and at $14.99, this is a steal.

Everyone needs to own a pair of sexy black peep-toe pumps, and this pair gets bonus points for the snakeskin print and interesting cut-out, which are both huge this season.

Jewelry makes everything party perfect, and rings and earrings are the best way to go when you have an asymmetrical neckline that doesn’t allow for a necklace. Plus, these onyx accessories will look fierce with the bright watermelon color on the dresses.

If you haven’t checked out Target (or their website) recently, make sure you get there pronto. If this look isn’t your thing I’m sure you’ll find something to your liking almost immediately. I truly believe there is nothing more fabulous than a great deal on a hot look and Target delivers.

Last week, American fashionistas rejoiced as the ever-popular British chain, Top Shop, crossed the pond and opened it’s first U.S. outlet in the SoHo neighborhood of NYC.  Known for it’s trendy but affordable styles and featuring lines by designers like Jonathan Saunders and Kate Moss, Top Shop has been a go-to for Europeans and visitors alike.  And now we Americans can grab up these fantastic styles without having to book a Trans-Atlantic flight. (Don’t worry if you don’t live in NY – you can order this shiz in the American dollar online!)

Can I get a cha-ching?!

In honor of this exciting news, I decided to base this week’s Night Styler on Top Shop style.  It’s a little more expensive than many of my NS looks are, but if you love clothes as much as I do, you’ll agree that they’re worth it.

Go with this spring’s leopard print trend (it’s especially popular in different colors, so either of these shirts do the trick!) with a wild top.  I love the twisted straps and looseness of the first shirt, and I am totally feelin’ the mix of neon colors of the second one.

One can never go wrong with a pair of indigo tinted skinny jeans, especially this pair. These have some elastine in them, so they’re stretchy and more forgiving on those “fat days” and hug your body perfectly every other day of the week.

Grey heels are a sexy way to bring in a neutral hue other than black, and the cutouts on these give them a funky, rocker edge. Plus, that heel with those skinnies? H-O-T.

When going with strong, bold prints, simplicity is key when it comes to accessorizing. You can give it some oomph with some size (like big earrings and a cuff bracelet), but keep ‘em in basic silver or gold so they accent your ensemble rather than overpowering it.  I found these pieces at Forever 21, still the best place to go for inexpensive, and a-dorable accessories.

It’s hard to believe we’ve already hit the middle of March (where DOES the time go?!?) and that before we know it, we’ll be complaining about the heat rather than the cold. But for now it’s time to enjoy the warmer days and the ability to wear cuter clothes without having to layer on the sweaters, jackets, scarves and ear muffs.

This spring promises to bring in loads of new and recycled trends and one of those is the Cleopatra-inspired look (which includes asymmetrical tops & dresses, harem pants, and jeweled necklines). Being that we’re all queens deep down, I thought I’d base this week’s Night Styler on this sassy trend. Don’t worry; there are no harem pants here. I’m not down with looking like MC Hammer either.

This adorable top really plays up the jeweled neckline with a beautiful and unique design, and the navy color and pleating mean it’ll also slim you down.

Skinny, boot leg and boyfriend jeans will all be making appearances this season, but you can never go wrong with a cute pair of straight leg jeans. These puppies look fantastic with heels.

A sexy pair of platform sandals will do the trick when it comes to shoes and I am loving these ones from Forever 21. Even more fabulous? The under-$25 price tag.

The beading on the neckline is an accessory in itself, so there’s no need to over-accessorize…a simple pair of gold hoops, a couple small bangles and a cute handbag’ll do the trick.

Now all you have to do is get out there and enjoy the warm(er) weather while lookin’ damn hot.

When it’s time for a night out on the town, wherever you may be, there’s no better option than a cute, yet sexy dress in a fun color or great print. You’ve been wearing drab, boring solids all winter, so bring out the fun!

When it comes to shoes, you can stick with the beach theme by going with sand colored or light gold. You don’t want to take the attention away from the dress or, worse, get too matchy matchy. Put on a sexy pair of heels, or if you’re looking for something more casual and comfortable, go with some cute sandals or wedges.

In fashion, we often find that a few trends last for more than a season (thank goodness!) and this year two of those leftovers are studs/embellishments and gladiator-inspired shoes.

Both of these trends were super hot last spring and promise to spice up your wardrobe again this season, so why not combine ‘em both for a hot and sexy ensemble that’s sure to turn heads? Just be careful – these looks are… a lot. Go easy on the accessories, as the embellishments are accessories on their own. You are going for sex appeal, not biker mama at Mardi Gras.

I am absolutely loving this tunic from Forever 21. It’s feminine despite the metal studs, and the vertical rows of studs does a great job of slimming you down.

Now, the flat gladiator sandal was huge last summer, but that wouldn’t really work in the middle of winter. Enter the uber-sexy gladiator heel. It’s fierce, it’s sexy and it will look great with this entire ensemble.

So this weekend is quite a weekend: Friday the 13th, Valentine’s Day and a lovely 3 day weekend, all rolled into one.

In the spirit of the equally loved and hated V-Day, I decided to do a Valentine’s version of Night Styler with a super vampy outfit that those of us in relationships can wow our honeys with, and those of us going out in hopes that cupid points his arrow at us, can wow potential suitors with.

If nothing else, at least this holiday is a reason to rock the red.

I am so totally in love with this adorable dress I found on a recently discovered website, fashionjunkee.com. Of course, red is the color du jour for this particular holiday, but if you’re just looking for a damn cute dress to wear out, you can find it in 5 other colors.

 What better way to sexify those legs you’ll be showin’ off, than with some ultra-high black pumps. You can find both of these at Tarjay for under $30.

As always, Forever 21 is the place to go for all the right accessories at the right price. A small clutch/handbag is the way to go with an outfit like this, and in the spirit of looooove day, why not go with a cute lil’ heart-shaped bag?

You can’t really do a necklace with the shape of this dress, so glam it up with a cute up-do, and some big earrings.

And since hearts, candy and flowers are all associated with this romantic holiday, bring along your own flower, in the form of a fun cocktail ring.

There’s no doubt if you rock this outfit, you’ll be feelin’ the love this Valentine’s Day.

Awards season is in full swing, which has got me drooling over all those leading ladies’ gorgeous gowns and dresses. Of course, I don’t have a few thousand spare bucks lying around to buy their specific pieces, but for a mere fraction of the price I, too, can look stunning and glamorous for that upcoming Oscar party, hot Valentine’s date, or ladies’ night out. I found this entire ensemble at Forever 21 for under $75.

You gotta start with a lovely dress, and while basic black is always a great option, picking an eye-popping color is also a great way to stand out. Dark blue and violet hues work wonderfully because they ad some pop, but they still have the slimming effect of black.

Basic black pumps are the way to go if you’re looking for glamour, and I love the old Hollywood look of these faux suede heels.

Now you just gotta properly accessorize and you’re good to go. You don’t want to overdo it and take away from the simple and sexy appeal of the dress, so a little vintage-inspired jewelry and a clutch are the perfect options.

This bag is great because you can always tuck the strap inside, or put it over your shoulder if you don’t want to be holding a clutch while you boogy; the necklace adds just enough punch without being overbearing; and what’s more glam than an old-style cocktail ring?

Now do your hair up all purty, put on some sultry make-up (smokey eyes or red lips would be great with this look) and go out and strut your stuff on your very own personal red carpet.

Many of you are getting ready to graduate and start your “grown-up” jobs, or are doing your spring semester internships, which means that business/biz casual style is on the style menu. But then, what do you do for those after-work drinkies, or a weekday evening date? There are ways to look work-appropriate, while still being fashionable enough for a night on the town. Here’s an idea for a fun and easy day-to-evening (or work to workin’ it) ensemble.

Going with a cute cardigan, especially in a fun animal print is completely appropriate for the office, but adds a little “rowr” to your outfit.

Target also has a couple cute animal print cardigans (I’m personally a fan of this one in zebra print) that are perfect for this look.

A great way to add some extra oomph is to go with a brightly colored shirt, such a teal, blue or yellow. If you go with the NY&Co cardigan with the yellow accents, I would recommend going with a contrasting color, like a bright blue. (You don’t want to look too matchy matchy for the office or the the evening affair.) And if you really want some sex appeal later in the evening, you can always take off the cardigan.

A nice pair of flared trousers are a must in any working girl’s closet. They are comfortable, chic and versatile enough to be worn to work or rocked out on the town. And if you get them in the right fit, they make your booty look good.

Add a little pop to the outfit with a fun pair of brightly colored shoes. I am loving both of these yellow pairs from Tarjay; they’re both on clearance and the low heels will make them more comfy for an all day (and possibly night) affair.

When it comes to jewelry, subtlety is key. No need for large (and loud) bangles in a quiet office environment. Classic pearls are a great option, or you can up the fabulous factor and go for black pearls. Best news I’ve heard all week? They are available at Target!

We’re just one week away from one of the most historical inaugurations in American history. So, in honor of that, I thought why not go a little patriotic when I’m out and about this weekend…

A cute top in blue with silver embellishments is definitely a fun and easy way to show some U.S. pride. You could also just wear an American flag as a dress, but this is probably a classier and chic-er option.

There is nothing more American than a pair of boot cut jeans. They also happen to look great with heels and are a good way to elongate/slim your legs. I’ve always been a fan of Gap’s boot cuts.

To add some real all-American pop to your outfit, go with one red detail, be it shoes, a clutch, or even red lipstick.

Just don’t go too overboard with the red. If you go for the lipstick or clutch, wear a muted silver shoe.

And because the embellishments on the top are an accessory in themselves, all you need is a simple pair of earrings (like some hoops) to avoid looking like a decorated Christmas tree.

So the holiday buzz has warn off, it’s time to get back to the real world, and on top of all that, it’s frickin’ freezin’ out there! Things may seem bleak right now (the economy sucks, the weather sucks, school sucks; I know how it goes) and there may be nothing you want to do more than climb into bed, pull the covers over your head and attempt to fight off those winter blues by daydreaming of sun-drenched days on the beach, but your chin up, girlfriend!

Get out of bed, pull on a cute outfit and get out there. Just because we’re officially in the dead of winter doesn’t mean there isn’t plenty of fun to be had…

This top/cardigan is super sexy (helloooo, cleavage), but the belt will give great definition to your waist and the flowing bottom will cover up any of those unwanted holiday pounds. It’s top perfection.

If you’re not brave enough to wear it solo, you can always put a basic black cami or long sleeved top underneath.

Because the top is more flowy, you are going to want to pair it with a more streamlined and fitted bottom, like a pair of super dark wash skinny jeans.

Since the outfit is pretty simple, add some color with the footwear. Purple is still a popular hue and it goes great with gray. Bonus on these boots: the low heel is much easier to navigate snowy/icy walkways than sky-high stilettos, and they’ll keep your tootsies warm!

You can go a bit bigger with the accessories, so throw on a big bangle and some statement earrings. These hoops are great because they’re fun and big, but the thin wiring makes sure they’re not overbearing. And the bangle? Well, it’s just really cute.

Just don’t forget the essentials to keep you warm when you’re not inside shakin’ your booty on the dance floor: scarf, gloves and a coat are essentials and you can make them fun and stylish as well.
