We love a strong woman, so we thought we'd give her a real forum to discuss her thoughts, feelings, and perspectives. With Tiger’s ladies coming out of the woodwork (seriously Tiger, where did you find the time?) and Ashley Dupre telling everyone who’ll listen that call girls – *ahem*, escorts – save marriages, it seems like everybody is weighing in on infidelity – and we are not about to be left out!

Now admittedly, I’m a monogamy person, but I do get that some people just don’t want to/can’t cut it that way and I give them a little slack. And I have to say, if I were to find out that my guy was sleeping with someone else, (after I finished grinding his man-parts into the floor with my pointiest shoes) I’d probably feel better about him seeing an escort than just some other woman – at least with a call girl, it’s just sex. And I will also admit that call girls tend to be classier about the whole things than mistresses – you don’t see nearly as many of them trying to cash in on sleeping with a celeb. There’s something to be said for being professional about the whole thing, after all, escorts make their living on being discreet and have a lot more clients to lose if they’re seen as blackmailers. With the economy in the toilet, finding a job these days is like lookin’ for a needle in a haystack (or a good guy in a college town. Ayooooo!). But for those of you interested, San Francisco is looking to decriminalize prostitutes in the city in an effort to free up some $11 million police spend on arresting prositutes every year!

Woo! Work for everyone! Forget that English major; sex is the way. to. go.

Proposition K is being proposed, not to illegalize prostitution, but to eliminate the power of the po-po to go after the Vivian Wards of San Francisco.

Opposers of the proposition say passing it will result in an overflow of prostitutes, pimps and possibly harm the fight against sex trafficking; since the proposition would not allow the investigation of prostitution, authorities wouldn’t have the opportunity to help those being victimized by sex trafficking. Clearly, that is incredibly serious.

On the flip side, though, this could be the push the economy needs! $700 billion bailout, schmailout – San Francisco has the right idea.

So what do you think? Should the pretty women of SF be allowed to keep their posts on the sidewalks without worry of being handcuffed (and not in the good way)? Or should the po-diggies be allowed to continue their investigation of prostitution and sex trafficking?

In the words of Salt N Pepa, “the difference between a hooker and a ho ain’t nothin’ but a fee.”

Apparently, with today’s struggling economy, that ‘fee’ can come in many forms. Gas is well over $4 a gallon, and after a Kentucky woman sold her body for a full tank, a prosecutor commented that it’s sad when people are selling their bodies for gas. (Uh, duh?) Of course, there are plenty of other sexual behaviors out there that border the fine line between “hooker” and “ho.”

Look at aspiring “actress” Ranae Shrider, whose most prominent role to date is opposite Mini Me, Verne Troyer, in a scandalous sex tape. Reportedly, Shrider has been shopping the tape all over Hollywood, asking for $25,000 or more for the vid. What do you think, ladies? Hooker or Ho?

Of course, we also have the glamorized portrait of the “prostitute with a heart of gold.” You know, Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman. We hate Jason Alexander for trying to solicit poor Julia, and we cheer when Richard Gere shows up in his limo to whisk her into the sunset.
