Beauty on a Budget: Revlon ColorStay Blemish Concealer

This budget beauty find is by far one of my biggest obsessions: Revlon ColorStay Blemish Concealer. Besides the fact that it’s just $8 at drugstores, it is an extremely handy tool for getting ready. It comes in a tube with an easy-to-apply brush, which I use after my foundation to cover up breakout areas or any unnevenness.
And since it’s so inexpensive, you can stock up and keep these bad boys everywhere you go. I keep them at home, in my bag and at work because they are so tiny and perfect for midday touch ups. Added bonus: one tube will last crazy long, even when you use it every day.
Of course, the key to a good concealer at any price point is to make sure it matches your skin tone as closely as possible. If you are between shades, I would go with the lighter concealer because it will blend better once you apply blush and bronzer. I have tried more expensive brands of this same type of product and it just isn’t worth it. In fact, I have spent twice as much on a concealer that didn’t work nearly as well.
Revlon also makes an under eye concealer in the same type of handy dandy tube that I’m sure is just as a-maz-ing. From my experience, the blemish concealer is really a godsend. It’s precise, easy to blend, portable and, of course, super affordable.
