Celebrate Women’s Health Week With 6 Ways To Live Healthier NOW

We should probably try to be a little bit healthier every day, but school work, work-work and hitting the bar on a Friday night usually gets in the way. Before you know it, it’s 2 a.m. and there’s a pizza delivery guy at your door. That wasn’t on the agenda.

Sometimes, we need a reason to try to get healthier. Like, National Women’s Health Week, which just so happens to be this week. The next couple of days are dedicated to helping women prioritize their health and encourage beneficial behaviors.
