Break ups are one of the toughest things to go through, especially if you’re still hung up on your former beau. Whether you’re the dumper or the dumpee, it’s never easy to sever the ties. You have that feeling in the pit of your stomach like you’ve just swallowed a brick, all you want to do is cry, and maybe even eat a tub of Haagen Dazs (don’t do it!).
I can’t give you an instant remedy to alleviate the pain, but what I can say is that you will move on, whether you like it or not.
