Make A Chocolate Souffle In Your Dorm! [Candy Dish]

This chocolate souffle is super easy to make. All you need is a microwave!  I don’t know if you watch Top Chef but souffles are always the most difficult desserts, they have to be perfectly timed and collapse very easy. The thought of being able to make one in a microwave is just too much to handle.

1 Scoop chocolate protein powder (or any flavored powered powder you like)
2 Egg whites and 1 whole egg
1 Tablespoon almond butter
Dash of cinnamon

Combine protein powder, egg whites, egg, and cinnamon in a microwavable mug. Microwave on high for one to two minutes until egg begins to rise. Remove from microwave and top with almond butter. Replace mug in microwave and microwave for an additional minute until egg rises again and almond butter is melted.
