“Baking is a science,” is a phrase often parroted on cooking shows, most likely because this is absolutely true. Cooking, baking especially, requires precision, accuracy and the ability to follow directions. Three things I am apparently not capable of. I simply do not have the patience for cooking. Unless it’s microwaveable or a block of cheese, I am just not into it. Apparently, I am not the only one who completely lacks the ability to make something without it imploding.
