I’m always trying to eat healthier but still eat foods that are satisfying. I’ve tried recipies that are super healthy but just taste…blah. But I’ve also tried recipies that look declilous, taste delicious, and good for your body! Triple win! One place I always go to for delicious and easy receipies is Eat Move Inspire. This week I tried their Banana Matcha Green Tea Muffin receipe. It was pretty easy and seriously deeeeelish!
What you’ll need:
-1 1/2 cups self raising whole wheat flour
-1/2 tsp salt
-3 tbs natural sweetener
-1/2 tsp mixed spice
-2 tsp matcha green tea powder
-1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
-4 tbs of canola oil
-1 tsp vanilla extract
-4 egg whites
What to do:
-Preheat your oven to 170c and line a 12 hole muffin tin with muffin cases.
-Mix dry ingredients in separate bowls, then combine.
-Pour mixture into prepared muffin tin & place in the oven.
-Bake for 15-20 minutes or until firm.
-Cool completely before storing.
