New Toning Trends to Tweak Your Routine! Plus, Trendy Fitness Gear [CC’s ShapeU]


There’s not much mystery surrounding an effective toning routine: for the most part, tried and true moves from the likes of Jane Fonda are still showing up in fitness classes and personal training sessions today. When it comes to moves meant to tone and slim, or lift and sculpt, the saying “If it’s not broke, don’t fix it” comes to mind – realistically, if a move works, why revamp it?
