The Selfie Olympics Is The Greatest Thing That Ever Happened

selfie olympics 2014

Last week there was a miracle called the Selfie Olympics. I know what you’re thinking: did someone die? Maybe. Maybe. The Selfie Olympics was an internet EVENT in which millennials attempted to achieve the impossible: create the most legendary selfie of 2014. What does this entail, you ask? Hand stands. Head stands. The actual second coming of Jesus. Subtle nudity. Photoshop. Inception. No, really, all these things happened and they were all so good. So let’s all give a warm round of applause to the first official meme of 2014.

These selfies proved to be the most outrageous, the most “thought provoking,” the most acrobatic and the most clever of the year. I mean, after all, during a blizzard called Hercules what else is there to do but creatively feed your own narcissism by taking elaborate pictures and posting them on the internet. Incredible work, guys. Incredible.
