By looking at the submitted photos on Reddit, some of which are actually quite impressive, it seems like the simplest ladybeard technique is to create a sorta backwards ponytail in front of your face. There are, however, more advanced styles that include braids and buns and twisty looking bits. Warning: You should be a professional ladybeard artist before trying those styles at home.
